John Friend, founder of Anusara® yoga, created this innovative school of hatha yoga to unite a life-affirming philosophy with the profoundly therapeutic and deeply strengthening Universal Principles of Alignment™.At Preshana Yoga, we use these principles to enable every person's body and mind to move toward a path of greater possibilities. Each one of us is unique; this practice acknowledges our difference and treats this as the starting point for the cultivation of strength and freedom. You will experience this growth lead by Anusara-Inspired™ teachers, in workshops and trainings with certified teachers, and students dedicated to the enjoyment of the practice. Our teachers are always available, after or before class, for a consultation on particular personal issues.
